Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or information management role, preferably in an educational or library setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with a diverse university community.
  • Proficient in the use of information technology, including databases, office software, and social media platforms.
  • Bilingualism is mandatory (English, Uzbek, and Russian).

Responsibilities:

 

  • Operate the Information Centre, handling inquiries through various channels such as in-person, telephone, email, and social media.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of university information, including academic calendars, program offerings, campus facilities, and event schedules.
  • Collaborate with different departments to update and manage information distribution to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Analyze user feedback and service usage patterns to recommend improvements to the Information Centre's operations and services.

 

 

Job Type:

Full-time position. Work schedule Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
