Qualifications:

 

  • Master’s degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) at the tertiary level, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative ESL curriculum and teaching methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
  • Bilingualism is mandatory (English, Uzbek, and Russian).

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of English preparatory courses.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor faculty and administrative staff within the program.
  • Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet program goals.
  • Oversee the assessment of student placement, progress, and proficiency in English.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the program’s visibility and effectiveness.
  • Ensure the program meets accreditation standards and complies with institutional policies and regulations.

 

Job Type:

Full-time position. Work schedule Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
