Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) at the tertiary level, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative ESL curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
- Bilingualism is mandatory (English, Uzbek, and Russian).
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of English preparatory courses.
- Recruit, train, and mentor faculty and administrative staff within the program.
- Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet program goals.
- Oversee the assessment of student placement, progress, and proficiency in English.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the program’s visibility and effectiveness.
- Ensure the program meets accreditation standards and complies with institutional policies and regulations.
Job Type:
Full-time position. Work schedule Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
