Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Professional Development Centre, aligning with the university’s mission and the needs of the professional community.
  • Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of a wide range of professional development programs, including workshops, seminars and online learning initiatives.
  • Foster relationships with industry partners, professional associations, and academic departments to ensure programs are relevant, innovative, and aligned with market demands.
  • Lead and manage the Centre’s staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Evaluate the impact of professional development programs on participants' career advancement and professional growth, making data-driven decisions to enhance program offerings.
  • Bilingualism is mandatory (English, Uzbek, and Russian).

 

Qualifications:

 

  • A Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in professional development, adult education, or corporate training, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing professional development or continuing education programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to strategize, implement, and evaluate program initiatives effectively.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in adult education and professional development.

 

Job Type:

Full-time position. Work schedule Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
