Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, preferably in an educational or complex organizational setting.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing IT teams and projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, data security, and software development.
• Experience with IT strategic planning and budget management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to anticipate and adapt to changing technology needs and priorities.
• Bilingualism is mandatory (English, Uzbek, and Russian).

Responsibilities:

• Manage the university's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure operations of all systems and networks.
• Oversee the IT Centre’s budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for projects, equipment, and staffing.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to identify and implement technology solutions that support their objectives.
• Ensure the integrity and security of the university's data and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best technology solutions and services.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and best practices in IT management and education technology, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate.

Job Type:

Full-time position. Work schedule Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
