Programme Type:

This is a programme that is offered as an evening and day programme and can be completed in three years. The programme has eighteen modules, six in each year of the three year study.

Main educational aims of the programme:

  • To get a deeper understanding of industrial operation and management
  • The foundation disciplines of business and management, economics, accounting, statistical methods and information systems which relate to the key aspects of business and management functions
  • Marketing, small business management, communications and decision making in its major contexts, together with practices, issues and application of models, frameworks and analytical tools
  • Organizational development, management of electronically based information systems and strategic management in the international environment.

  • To understand basic management thoughts (Taylor, Mayo, Weber and Fayol) as well as organizational structure and design, distribution of power, marketing and management in the context of SMEs and other types of business entities.
