Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business incubator, accelerator, or related entrepreneurial support role, preferably within a higher education or research institution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Business Incubation Centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services to startups and entrepreneurs.
• Develop and implement incubation programs, workshops, and events aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and innovation within the university community.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to startups on business planning, market analysis, funding strategies, and pitch preparation.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of startups within the incubation program, providing regular feedback and making recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the Centre's budget, resources, and staff, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to meet program goals.
• Promote the Business Incubation Centre's activities, successes, and opportunities through various channels to raise its profile and attract high-potential startups.

Job Type:

Full-time position. Work schedule Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
