Dear Students,

Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent is pleased to announce State Grants (For Foundation Year students only) offered by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of Uzbekistan (75 placements for 15 programs, (5 placements for each program)).

Aim – The principal aim of this Grant is to provide financial support to MDIST students from Foundation Year till the Graduation with further support in government positions.    

Grant Award Amount – TFull coverage of tuition fees are covered during 4-year study in MDIST.  

How to apply ?

Students should successfully complete the following steps to be eligible for the State Grant.

1. Completing online registration for Induction and providing hard copy of Application Form to SSU Department.

Online registration for Induction date: 10 November (Thursday) 09:00 am.- 13 November (Sunday), 06:00 pm. 2022.

 2. Submitting the application hard copy to SSU (room 117, A building) before November 17, 12:00pm. (For additional questions, students may refer to Mr. Jonibek Khurramov. room 205, A building).

Note: In your Application Form you need to indicate the same program as in your i-net profile (If you are not sure which program you have applied for, please login to your i-net account and see which program you have applied, please refer to the screenshot below). If you specify a different program in the application, your application will be automatically rejected.

 Subsequently, the candidates will be requested to take MDIS State Grant Internal Test (Test date, time and venue will be provided via webmail by SSU).

 In the final stage, the candidates will be interviewed by MDIS, MDIST Administration and the representatives of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of Uzbekistan (Interview date, time and venue will be provided via webmail by SSU).

Note: After the graduation, the Grant winner undertakes to work on the basis of an employment contract at the place specified by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of Uzbekistan for a period of not less than 5 years. The Foundation Year Students who do not complete online registration/Application Form within the given period will be rejected automatically. Candidates will not be able to alter program subject to cancellation of GRANT.
