A TRAINING ON “FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES” FOR THE PUPILS OF SECONDARY SCHOOLS.
On August 21, 2021, MDIS Tashkent organized a training on “Food & Beverage Services” for the pupils of secondary schools #217 and 110 of Chilanzar and Mirabad districts.
The training was conducted by Mr. Otabek Kattabekov, Food & Beverage and restaurant management expert with over 10 years experience at international and local hotel chains.
During the event, the young trainees learned about the basics of Food and Beverage Services, waiter/waitress main duties and responsibilities, telephone handling, grooming standards, F&B outlets, F&B service equipment and the types of table settings.
Upon completion of the training, all attendees were awarded with certificates.
