BACKGROUND
Obtained her bachelor’s degree from the Institute for English Language Teachers Education. Earned the Master’s degree from Uzbek State World Languages University. Obtained a certificate in Educational Neuroscience and Neuroleadership from Central Queensland University. Successfully completed the course in Biological Psychology offered by Monash University, Australia. Has two years of experience in coordinating the Professional Certificate in English (PCIE) program, Academic and Assessment sectors. Has 15 years of experience in teaching ESL, EFL, ESP and Business Writing and Communication. Conducted trainings for teacher trainers (initiated by the Ministry of Higher Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan) and staff trainings for Airport Customs Office (the governmental programme on improving the travel and tourism services industry). Her research interests include such fields as Educational Neuroscience, Social and Industrial Psychology, Business Communication and Conflict Management.
