BACKGROUND

Graduated from the Economics faculty of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. Received a specialist's degree in Jurisprudence from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics. Next two stages of education were conducted in the University of Seville, Spain, were Master's Degrees in Human Resources Management and Development and European Studies were obtained, followed by PhD studies in Human Resources Psychology. Has an Expert degree from National University of Distance Education, Spain, in Criminal Sociology and Deviation.

Professional experience is related with Human resources sphere, community mediation and reconciliation, management and community psychology. A fluent speaker of Russian, English, Spanish and French, with intermediate level of Italian, German, Swedish and Polish. Holder of PIMA-MERCLA scholarship, in frames of which has conducted a research in Ecuador, collecting data on mediation and other methods of conflict resolution.

Presented research results in international conferences, took part as a member of organizational committee in several international events. Reviewer in such international journals as "REDES. Revista hispana para el análisis de redes sociales", "Journal of Community Psychology" and in special editions of Springer publications. Currently is a member of Personal Networks and Communities Lab in the University of Seville, Spain, and is co-leader of a research group in community-based tourism in MDIS Tashkent. Research interests are focused on areas of Human Resources management, Tourism practices, Community work and projects, Social and Semantic Networks analysis. Has experience in working with SNA software (Ucinet, AutoMap, ORA, Gephi, Visone and Vennmaker), SPSS, R and Python programming languages.
