Graduated of Educational Science through the Mexican EGEL-CENEVAL exam (General Exam of Bachelor Degree Graduate for its acronym in Spanish). Mr. Morales started to work in the educational sector in the Mexican Ministry of Education and subsequently in the British Council Mexico, in which he gains experience promoting the UK HE sector and in the English examination area where he led the processes of application of English Language exams (APTIS) as a part of the Mexican Educational Reform in 2015, a processes that required an strong communication and leadership skills. He got the Cambridge Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) and then shifted gradually to the Teaching English as a Foreign Language sector.

He was awarded with the International Training Program of the Government of India in 2003. He worked for some of the most prestigious universities in Mexico such as Universidad Del Valle de Mexico (UVM) part of the Laureate International Universities, Universidad Del Claustro de Sor Juana and Escuela Bancaria y Comercial, among others.
