About the Agency:
National Agency of Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established in accordance with the Decree of the President Shavkat Mirziyoyev (No.UP-5120) dated by July 24, 2017. NAPP is the state agency acting as a legal entity, reporting to the President.

The Agency is designated as the authorized body for the development, licensing of activities and permissive procedures in crypto-assets turnover sphere.

The main tasks of the Agency are as follows:

- development and implementation of a unified state policy in crypto-assets turnover sphere;

- ensuring the observance of the rights and legitimate interests of in crypto-assets turnover sphere;

- participation in the development and implementation of measures to combat the legalization of proceeds from criminal activity, the financing of terrorism and the financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction in crypto-assets turnover sphere;

- initiating and facilitating the promotion of projects for the implementation of distributed data registry technology ("blockchain") and other perspective technologies in public administration and various areas of socio-economic development.
