Mr Cyril Anthoni

Mr Cyril Anthoni holds MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University, India, M.Tech from Punjabi University, India and MPhil in Computer Science from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, India.

He has extensive teaching experience in the field of IT, Information Systems and Database management. From 2005 till 2007, he was Senior Lecturer in Pope John Paul II College, Pondicherry, India after that he moved to Singapore and worked as Senior Lecturer at TMC Education Corporation Ltd. till 2010. He has joined MDIS in 2010 and is currently teaching modules in IT field from universities of Bradford and Sunderland at MDIS Tashkent as well.

Mr Cyril holds following professional qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer - MCSD
• IBM Certified Database Associate DB2 Universal Database V8.1 Family
• Certificate of Accomplishment in “Teaching and Learning in Higher Education” – Awarded by Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France / MDIS, Singapore

 

Mr Santosh Putta

Mr Santosh Putta is currently pursuing PhD in Entrepreneurship from University of Pune, India. He holds several masters degrees, namely MCM, M.Com, MPhil from University of Pune and MBA from TASMAC business school, India.

His teaching career has started in 1996 at NIMBUS (National Institute of Management and Business), India, where he taught, Entrepreneurship and Management modules till 2000, when he moved to National Institute for Engineering and Management, India to become Senior Faculty member in Business Administration and coordinating its MBA program.

From 2003 to 2008, Mr Putta has worked as an assistant professor at Arab Open University (UNESCO - AGFUND Project) in Kuwait. He has joined MDIS Tashkent in 2011 as a Senior Lecturer for Management modules.

Dr. Zokir Nazarov

Dr. Nazarov has obtained his Advanced Research Course at PhD level from The University of Cardiff, Cardiff Business School Economics Department in 2007. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in International Economic Relations from The University of World Economy and Diplomacy in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Manitoba, Canada.

Dr. Nazarov started his teaching experience at University of Cardiff, Cardiff Business School in 2004 till 2007 and later moving to Westminster International University in Tashkent on lecturing position from 2008 up to present.  From 2009, he worked as a Consultant (STC) at The World Bank, Country office in Tashkent parallel with Lecturing at Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent from 2009 .  

Honors and Academic Distinctions:

• Awarded Sir Julian Hodge research studentship to cover tuition fees and stipend allowance at Cardiff Business School

June 2001

• Awarded full scholarship of the “UMID Foundation” of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to pursue Master’s degree in Canada.

• Awarded grant of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy to gain one month of working and research experience at the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in U.S. A., Washington, D.C. 

 

Ms Umidakhon Narimanova

Ms Umidakhon Narimanova holds a Master of Science in Global Marketing degree from Staffordshire University, Great Britain, which was sponsored by the “UMID” Foundation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to support education of talented youth abroad. She got a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the Tashkent State Technical University (Faculty of Business Management). Ms Narimanova also holds the diploma of the 1^st degree as a winner of IV scientific-practical conference of young specialists studied at foreign universities abroad organized by the Presidential Fond “Istedod” (Talent) of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2006.

Ms Narimanova has succeeded to participate and attend number of varied training professional courses organized by globally known organizations such as Instituto Italiano per il Commercio Estero (ICE); Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Great Britain; Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Japan; Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Korea; World Bank Institute, Uzbekistan; MDIS, Republic of Singapore & etc.

She has more than 12 years of broad working experience in Marketing holding positions from junior to senior management level with major local government institutions such as Ministry of Economy of Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign international companies such as L'Oreal Paris, Kraft Foods Inc., Beiersdorf, IEG Uzbeksitan, UNDP Uzbekistan & etc. Ms Narimanova has more than 10 years of lecturing experience in varied divisions of Marketing.

At the present, from 2008 Umidakhon Narimanova works as a Senior Marketing Manager and Senior lecturer of Marketing at MDIS Tashkent.

 

Mr Cesar Malacon

Mr. Malacon is qualified as Masters of Business Administration at The University of Warwick, UK in 2010. May 2010, he obtained The Mannheim MBA in International Strategies in Germany and his Bachelors Degree was a BSc in Finance and Administration at Universidad Panamericana, Mexico during 1999 - 2003.

As a career summary, Mr. Malacon worked at Aria Petroleum in Tashkent, Uzbekistan as a Post Merger Market Development Consultant, July 2011.

During August, 2010 - February 2011 he joined REMY Cointreau Asia. Singapore CRM as a Consultancy Project for the South East Asian Market and also he was a Market and Product Development Consultant at E4C- Education For Conservation, The U.K. October 2009- March 2010

 

Mr Alam Asadov

Alam Asadov is a senior lecturer at MDIS Tashkent and lectures modules such as Managerial Economics, Economics of Leisure, Travel and Tourism, Business Statistics, Advanced Quantitative Methods, and Operational Research. He got his BA degree in Economics from University of Richmond, USA and his MA degree in Economics from the University of Alabama, USA. He has taught and did research since 2001 in the University of Alabama, Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service and Westminster International University in Tashkent.

Mr. Asadov's research interest include Macroeconomics and Monetary Policy, Competitiveness of Industries and Countries, Competitiveness of Tourism Industry and Development Economics, Poverty and Growth. He has written several article in all of those areas and participated in local and international conferences. Currently, he is researching relation between income distribution on economic growth of a country.

 

Mr Shavkat Mamatov

Mr Shavkat Mamatov holds a Masters Degree in Finance from Tashkent State University of Economics, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Suffolk University, USA.

From 2000 to 2003 he worked as a Leading specialist in Economic Analysis Department, as a Head of the Micro-Loan Lending Unit under EBRD Credit line, Joint-Stock Commercial "Pakhta Bank" Samarkand Regional Branch.

From 2003 to 2005 he worked as a Procurement expert in a "Bukhara and Samarkand Water Supply" Project Implementation Unit in Samarkand.

Since 2007 he worked as a Research expert in Anti-Monopoly Policy Improvement Centre (APIC) at the State Committee on De-monopolization and Competition Development.

 

Mr Dilshod Mavlyanov

Mr Dilshod Mavlyanov holds a Masters Degree in Computer Management  from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, a Bachelor in Business Administration from Faculty of Business Administration, Tashkent State Technical University and also he went to National Institute of Information Technology, new Delhi, India for Certificate of Advanced Networking Program.

His professional experience was from 2004, as a Chief Technical Advisor/Administrator at Distance Education Development Center. He worked as a Project Web Designer, at United Nations Development Program/Global Environment Facility in 2004.

Currently he holds a lecturing position at Management  Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent.

 

Mr Ravshan Kadirov

Mr Ravshan Kadirov holds a bachelor of Arts (Finance, Marketing and minor in Economics) from Park University, Missouri, USA.

He possesses more that 4 years of working experience in the field of marketing, sales and management. Furthermore, he has one year experience in the field of debt restructuring and account management, which he obtained at Citigroup Inc.

Areas of Lecturing include Marketing, Economics as well as the spoken and written English from elementary to advanced levels. He also has college experience in development of sample business plans to conducting series of business case analysis that he is able to incorporate into the general curriculum for hands on learning experience. Moreover, he has extensive academic experience in planning, organizing and delivering presentations in various fields of business.

At the present Ravshan Kadirov is tutoring at MDIS in Tashkent.
