Teachers are at the heart of our English language courses. The University employs full-time and part-time lecturers who are experienced EFL/ESL instructors specifically trained in EFL/ESL teaching methods. Full-time faculty staff holds either a master's degree or PhD in Teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language (TESL/TEFL), linguistics or a related field. All MDIS Tashkent teaching staff have lived and taught overseas and many are multilingual. PCIE courses are purposely designed to help students gain both the fundamental skills of the English language and the confidence to use it, therefore we always look for teachers who can inspire and motivate their students.

In order to maintain high level educational standards and ensure the academic success along with on-going professional development of its lecturers, MDIS (Singapore) provides all its lecturers with a professional and comprehensive teacher training programmes on a regular basis. These trainings are mostly focused on the latest methodological achievements and developments based on advanced technologies, which enable academic staff apply new interactive teaching techniques in the changing learning environment. Besides all instructors receive constant support from an entire team dedicated to their development as a professional English language teacher.
